CASE 4: Custom Stitching / Fitting Issues

If measurement given by customer is incorrect:

  • Free alteration
  • Return shipping: Customer pays
  • Re-shipping charges:
    • India: ₹200–₹300
    • International: $10–$30

If stitching mistake from our side:

  • Free correction or replacement
  • Shipping cost refunded

  • We will re-ship the same product FREE OF COST
  • No refund or design change allowed
